What_is_KVRA

Quite simply the Residents Association aim to:

Represent the views and best interests of all residents by lobbying the developers, local and county councils and our local, county and national parliamentary representatives to enforce the planning approvals and conditions and other legal agreements.

To work with local authorities and organisations for the benefit of all residents.

Consider the appropriate action required both legal and moral to maintain the rights of residents and ensure compliance with same.

To consult and inform residents on a regular basis of all developments affecting them and the Village including Old Knowle and the surrounding area.

Encourage all residents who are entitled to membership to join the Association.

To encourage a sense of community.
